From initial quote to purchase order, MRD assigns a cross-functional team to thoroughly review your requirements and ensure alignment across all departments. Manufacturing Planning

Material & Processing

Manufacturing, Fabrication & Assembly
Our production floor is equipped to handle complex, high-tolerance work across CNC machining, fabrication, welding, and full mechanical assembly. MRD’s experienced operators and assemblers work in sync with engineering and quality throughout the entire build cycle.
We use ERP-integrated production control systems to track progress in real-time, ensuring your project stays on schedule and aligned with the original plan.
Inspection
Quality is not a checkpoint—it’s a mindset embedded throughout our operation. From incoming raw material verification to final part inspection, our team uses calibrated tools including CMMs, optical comparators, and precision gaging to ensure conformance to spec.
Each part is subject to a tailored inspection plan, including First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspection—giving you confidence in every shipment.
Documentation
We deliver documentation packages as precise and dependable as the parts themselves. You’ll receive comprehensive records including material certs, process certs, inspection data, and Certificates of Conformance (CofCs) with every order.
